Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales (B2B)

Location: Etihad Town, Raiwind Road, Lahore

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to join our recruitment company. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and some exposure to lead generation. This role requires a proactive professional who can support the Sales Manager in achieving business targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in driving B2B sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Generate and qualify leads for recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Support proposal preparation, client presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client data.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in any stream.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client management.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidate must be female.
  • Willingness to work onsite in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment or staffing.
  • Exposure to lead generation and client acquisition is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
  • lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
