Position Overview

One World Immigration Law Consultant is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily sales operations, handling client consultations, supporting the sales team, and achieving monthly business targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills with the ability to work in a professional and target-driven environment.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and supervising the sales team.
  • Handle client inquiries regarding immigration and consultancy services.
  • Conduct professional consultations with potential clients.
  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth client processing.
  • Guide and motivate team members to improve performance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and business growth.
  • Attend meetings and provide regular sales updates to management.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and staff performance.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Handle objections and resolve client concerns professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer dealing.
  • Experience in immigration consultancy will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM handling.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
