We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our business growth and strengthen client relationships.

Job Summary

The Assistant Sales Manager will assist in driving sales performance, developing new business opportunities, preparing proposals and quotations, managing client relationships, and supporting the Sales Manager in achieving company revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, schools, hotels, and government entities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and project opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support negotiations and contract discussions with clients.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction, sports equipment, sports flooring, playgrounds, fit-out, or related industries.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of UAE market and project sales is an advantage.
