Assistant Sales Manager (Cement and Paint)

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Sargodha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and supporting the Sales Manager in achieving business targets, particularly in the cement and paint industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify new business opportunities in the region, especially in cement and paint sectors.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
• Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve set goals.
• Support the Sales Manager in all aspects of sales planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the cement, or paint industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a sales team effectively.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics in Sargodha region.
