Job Description:

Operating from three locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we are dedicated to fostering educational excellence and guiding students towards their academic and career goals.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our professional courses sales team. This pivotal role involves handling leads, follow-ups, scheduling client meetings, and building strong customer relationships to achieve our strategic objectives and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
  • Leads Handling: Calling on in-house leads and clearly explaining course offerings, admission procedures, and the benefits of enrolling with our services
  • Calls and leads Record: Maintain accurate records of each call, follow-ups, and communication in the CRM / Excel sheet
  • Lead Generation through references: Generate leads and establish and maintain client relationships with our existing clients.
  • Client’s Meetings: Scheduling client meetings of the prospective leads and keeping the record of every meeting
  • Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying fully aware of new services and competitors.
  • Sales Operations: Assist in overseeing day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closing.
  • Process Improvement: Help streamline sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and meet client expectations.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a tele calling.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
