As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing growth.

Role Overview
The Mid-Level Sales Executive will focus on acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and achieving consistent monthly sales results.
This is a target-based and performance-driven role, ideal for professionals with a proven record in digital marketing or advertising sales who want to accelerate their career in Dubai’s fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Dubai and the UAE.
• Consistently achieve a monthly sales target of AED 30,000.
• Build, manage, and retain long-term client relationships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies with the marketing team.
• Confidently pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, etc.) to potential clients.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
• Stay updated on digital trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in the digital marketing or advertising sector).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and account management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with adaptability to company systems and targets.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Package: From AED 5,000 (performance-based; applicable after meeting targets)
• Marketing Budget: AED 5,000/month (activated upon achieving minimum sales target)
• Probation Period: 1 month (training and performance review)
• Visa Sponsorship: Provided after 3 months (based on performance)
