Assistant Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, lead a team of sales consultants, drive property sales, and help build strong client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate markets, customer handling, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in formulating and implementing effective sales strategies for real estate projects.
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Handle client inquiries, conduct property presentations, and guide clients through the buying process.
  • Monitor leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate property site visits for potential clients and ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and legal documentation.
  • Support in organizing promotional events, open houses, and property expos.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Good knowledge of local real estate market and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred:

  • Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales.
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
