Assistant -Sales & Marketing

• Sales Coordinator

1- Fix as many meetings as possible for the Branded Export Division.

2- Follow All Leads related to Branded Export.

3- Provide Support to the customer in absence of HOD.

4- Getting the Production, Documentation, QC Check and any other things done from different departments.

5- Maintaining Stocks Data and keeping HOD informed if anything is going to run out of Stocks.

6- Courier Samples of Rice/Pkg as needed.

7- Create Documents such as PI as needed.

• Social Media Handling
• Lead Management

1- Postings on our social media pages.

2- Handling Comments & Organic Leads generated from our social media.

3- Handling Calls Received on Company’s Phone.

4- Distribution of the Leads to relevant HODs.

• Marketing Co-Ordination

1- Arrange and Co-Ordinate of Different Freebies.

2- Arrange and Co-Ordinate for Different Expos.

3- Provide Different Marketing Materials to Different Divisions for Expos.

4- Present in different expos and handle the queries.

5- Be present in overseas tours to help & support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
