Key Responsibilities:


  • Look over the daily operations and performance of AWS. Also, maintain control over the employees in the AWS for the pursuit of quality service.
  • Attend to the complaints of customers; direct relevant employees to resolve complaints. Also maintain checks & balances of all system documents and in case of any error, take corrective measures with the consultation of the Branch Manager.
  • Ensuring that once a complaint has been attended to and rectified by Dawlance technical service officers, the same fault should not be reported.
  • Maintain conducive relations with dealers and franchises to ensure they add value to the business. Also, to ensure that all the reports of Branch/Franchises (Revenue, Satisfaction, Quality, warranty issues and trainings) are sent to the Branch Manager.
  • To ensure employees are well aware of health and safety precautions.
  • To control warranty, costs, expenses, revenue generation and monitor & analyse the quality improvement services.
  • Monitor daily collections, reconciliation, and deposits in the bank and report daily to the Branch Manager.
  • To ensure the branch runs smoothly and policies & regulations made by upper management are properly implemented & practised.
  • To guide the actions of employees and ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and SOPs are followed.
  • To perform any job or task assigned by the Branch Manager.


Education:


Undergraduate Engineer - having 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field


Skills:


  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Complaint handling tactics
  • Technical knowledge of the products
  • Education in industrial, mechanical, or electric engineering
  • Functional experience
