About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Assistant Software Consultant to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends technical insight with consultative sales, ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of technology, client engagement, and business development.
You’ll play a key role in lead generation, client outreach, solution consulting, and implementation support—helping businesses adopt tailored software solutions that solve real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify leads using scraping tools, databases, and outreach platforms
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations
- Schedule and manage client meetings, demos, and consultations
- Maintain CRM records and track lead progress through the sales funnel
Client Engagement & Consulting
- Understand client pain points and recommend suitable software solutions
- Present service offerings clearly and confidently, adapting to client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and solution briefs
Software Implementation Support
- Assist in onboarding and implementation of software solutions
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment
- Provide post-implementation support and gather feedback for improvement
Ideal Candidate
Experience & Background
- Proven experience in sales or consulting within IT services or SaaS
- Familiarity with lead scraping tools, outreach automation, and CRM platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of software implementation and client onboarding

- Tech-savvy with a consultative mindset
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Able to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
