Junior Software Consultant

About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Assistant Software Consultant to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends technical insight with consultative sales , ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of technology, client engagement, and business development .

You’ll play a key role in lead generation, client outreach, solution consulting, and implementation support —helping businesses adopt tailored software solutions that solve real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify leads using scraping tools, databases, and outreach platforms
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations
  • Schedule and manage client meetings, demos, and consultations
  • Maintain CRM records and track lead progress through the sales funnel

Client Engagement & Consulting

  • Understand client pain points and recommend suitable software solutions
  • Present service offerings clearly and confidently, adapting to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and solution briefs

Software Implementation Support

  • Assist in onboarding and implementation of software solutions
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment
  • Provide post-implementation support and gather feedback for improvement



Requirements

Experience & Background

  • Proven experience in sales or consulting within IT services or SaaS
  • Familiarity with lead scraping tools, outreach automation, and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of software implementation and client onboarding

Preferred Skills

  • Tech-savvy with a consultative mindset
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
