Educational Qualification: Any degree or a Graduate or Diploma in Store Management, Logistics, or related field
Experience: 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper/Store Manager
Languages known: English, Kannada & Tulu compulsory. Hindi is also preferred
ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES
We are looking for an experienced and organized Inventory Manager to oversee the inventory, storage, and distribution of materials for both our infrastructure projects and hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will manage site materials, consumables, equipment, and hotel supplies efficiently, ensuring minimum wastage and smooth operations across departments.
Knowledge of pipe fittings, constructions materials is a must.
Inventory Management
· Maintain accurate records of stock, including construction materials, hotel consumables, tools, and equipment
· Conduct weekly stock checks, reconciliations, and audits to prevent shortages or excess
· Use inventory management software to log entries, track movements, and update stock levels
Material Handling
· Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies for quantity and quality
· Issue materials as per approved requisitions to project sites or hotel departments
· Ensure safe and proper storage of items to prevent damage or deterioration
· Maintaining outward & inward inventory books and excel sheets entries
· Appropriate & accurate storage of materials and ensure the receiver departments are issued undamaged materials
Coordination & Communication
· Coordinate with purchase, accounts, project engineers, and hotel department heads for timely supply of items
· Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve discrepancies in supplies
· Report stock levels and provide consumption reports to management regularly
Compliance & Safety
· Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store
· Ensure that materials are stored in compliance with company procedures and government norms
· Keep documentation ready for internal and external audits
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working at project sites and in operational hotels
Familiarity with inward/outward processes, GRNs, MRNs, and stock ledgers
Ability to lead a small team of store assistants or helpers
Knowledge of building materials, electricals, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and hotel consumables
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
