This position involves supporting the overall store operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with managerial tasks, oversees daily operations, manages staff, achieves sales targets, and maintains high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs, uphold high customer service standards, lead by example, seek to exceed sales targets, ensure team understands KPIs, implement promotional offers, and develop sales strategies.
  • Store Administration: Audit store administration, implement procedural changes, collaborate on sales targets, monitor KPIs, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure store layout aligns with brand standards.
  • Presentation and Management: Ensure proper stock levels, maintain visual merchandising standards, communicate store updates, and oversee back store operations.
  • Staffing & Team Performance: Manage staff schedules, resolve staff concerns, participate in goal setting, ensure professional appearance, and manage leave.
  • Security: Adhere to security procedures, maintain security awareness regarding stock and cash.
  • Other Responsibilities: Implement corrective actions, demonstrate dependability, maintain confidentiality, and uphold integrity and ethics.
Desired Experience:

Minimum 3+ years in a customer-centric role with management experience, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proven success in customer engagement and sales KPI achievement. A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field is preferred.
