Assistant Store Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Junior Playland indoor playground business in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that the store meets its sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance in retail sales.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
• Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work culture.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding pricing strategies.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong background in sales management with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management.
