• Strong experience in specialty coffee operations
• Background in high-end or premium restaurant environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-motivating skills
• Strong understanding of daily store operations, inventory, and quality control
• A guest-focused mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to support the Store Manager in driving performance and maintaining brand standards

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Maintain high product quality and service standards
• Train, guide, and support the store team
• Manage inventory levels and product ordering
• Support in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
