We are hiring a Store Assistant Manager to support our new warehouse operations. The role involves stock monitoring, documentation, team supervision, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth material movement across all locations, including imports, exports, and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment across locations
· Oversee proper storage, handling, and placement of materials
· Supervise store staff and ensure adherence to processes
· Manage stock records, stock-in/out documentation, and approvals
· Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and logistics partners
· Handle returns, rejections, and related documentation
· Support import/export stock handling and allocation
· Oversee deliveries, prepare delivery notes, and resolve discrepancies
· Track and record sample materials accurately
· Prepare periodic stock and operations reports and drive process improvements
Requirements:
· 3–5 years of experience in store/warehouse operations
· Strong inventory control and documentation knowledge
· Experience supervising teams
· ERP & MS Excel proficiency
· Good communication and coordination skills
