Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations
- Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets
- Deliver and ensure outstanding customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of employees
- Monitor sales performance and help implement strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate replenishment
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
- Step in to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic understanding of retail sales principles and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
