Role Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including achieving sales targets, managing the store team, maintaining brand and company image, ensuring operational compliance, and delivering excellent customer experiences. The Deputy for the Store Managers will manage store operations and workforce in their absence in line with Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle objectives.

Role Profile

• Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and exceptional customer experiences aligned with CX standards, customer needs, and current trends.
• Drive the Store team to achieve the highest levels of customer service at all times.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with support teams, providing regular feedback to Marketing, Buying and Planning.
• Drive sales and initiate business improvements with awareness of KPI targets.
• Manage and implement all sales promotions and brand activities, communicating with relevant support teams to maximize sales.
• Maximize sales opportunities through clear communication with Buying and Planning departments.
• Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the store manager and address disruptions promptly.
• Implement and maintain compliance with Company policies and guidelines to minimize stock loss and damage.

Requirements

• Diploma - High school certificate
• Qualification in a Retail-related field is an added advantage
• Minimum 4-5 years' industry experience
