Assistant Superintendent Crane (Electrical)

1. Assist in the implementation and integration of the crane management system, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

2. Resolve routine crane electrical complaints promptly to minimize crane downtime.

3. Conduct regular inspections of cranes to ensure safe and reliable operation.

4. Perform quarterly maintenance of cranes in line with the approved maintenance schedule.

5. Effectively utilize the company’s ERP system for maintenance tracking, reporting, and inventory management.

6. Maintain an adequate stock of crane spares to ensure prompt repairs and minimize downtime.

7. Ensure the safe fitting and operation of hoists, motors, covers, wire ropes, and other crane components to prevent accidents.

8. Regularly inspect and ensure proper functioning of crane safety devices such as limit switches, warning alarms (sound and light), emergency stop buttons, anti-collision systems, overload devices, and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) systems.

9. Install and maintain crane conductor lines, ensuring proper power supply to crane systems.

10. Adhere to safety standards and guidelines when working on electrical systems.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of related experience
