Assistant Supply Chain cum Import

We're hiring an Assistant Supply Chain cum Import Officer to join our team in Karachi.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist in managing supply chain operations, including import activities, to ensure smooth and efficient logistics for our company.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day supply chain operations, including import documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.

- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Monitor shipment tracking, inventory levels, and report on supply chain performance.

- Support in optimizing supply chain processes and improving efficiency.

- Assist in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with import regulations

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or import operations

- Knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and logistics management

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

- Experience with ERP systems or logistics software

- Knowledge of Pakistani import regulations and customs procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
