Assistant Tendering Manager

The project:

Mace is delivering project management services for a major development featuring vibrant shopping malls and world class entertainment venues in Egypt.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Support prequalification processes, drafting tender documents and managing evaluations with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in developing procurement strategies and provide client advisory services on supply chain delivery.
• Ensure compliance with procurement rules and procedures across all activities.
• Coordinate reporting requirements, preparing briefing notes and project updates as needed.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, supporting delivery of team and regional strategies.
• Embed sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives, contributing to Mace’s net zero transition goals.

You’ll need to have:

• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, process-driven approach to solving problems.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with collaborative teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Commitment to professional growth, pursuing relevant qualifications and developing leadership by example.
• GCSE Maths and English (C grade or higher) or equivalent; degree preferred but not essential.
