Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Assistant to the CEO to support our Karachi office. The role involves research, coordination, and communication to help streamline the CEO’s day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing market reports analyzing products, suppliers, and customers using available data in Excel for the CEO.
  • Identify and research potential new business leads and opportunities.
  • Communicate professionally with customers via email and telephone.
  • Coordinate the CEO’s meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables to customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • 1 year of corporate experience (preferably in the pharmaceutical, banking, or clearing/forwarding sectors).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data handling and report preparation.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
