Key Responsibilities
- Handle clients, investors, and business partners professionally.
- Manage customer relations, customer care, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with dealers and maintain strong business relationships.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and recovery matters.
- Call and follow up on generated leads to schedule meetings and site visits.
- Assist in social media management and online customer engagement.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting summaries.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and events.
Requirements
- Female candidate only.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in the Real Estate sector is mandatory.
- Experience in recovery and client follow up.
- Experience handling social media platforms and customer inquiries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client handling and dealer management abilities.
- Must have her own car.
- Professional appearance and presentable personality.
