Support in developing and executing trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives.
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure brand visibility across all trade channels.
- Manage in-store activations, product displays, and promotional materials to maximize customer engagement.
- Monitor trade marketing budgets and track performance against KPIs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.
- Assist in developing point-of-sale materials and ensuring timely delivery and proper implementation.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or FMCG sales (agriculture or food industry experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
