Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Human Resources!

In this role, as the HR of sub-portfolio at Genpact, you will partner with business leadership to attract, engage, and retain global talent to support business priorities and growth. HR function plays a critical role in Genpact given the people centric business and organizational culture.

We are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people and can work closely with leadership and help us to make better decisions about all aspects of people management to enable a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• •Partner with business leaders to develop and execute the people strategy aligned with business goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor on organization design, leadership effectiveness, change management, and talent development
• Drive key talent interventions including performance management, succession planning, and capability building
• Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes
• Provide data-driven insights and workforce analytics to guide decision-making
• Lead strategic hiring, workforce planning, and internal mobility discussions with Talent Acquisition
• Navigate complex employee relations issues, with support from legal and ER teams
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned with Genpact’s values and purpose
• Manage HR-related risks and ensure compliance with applicable policies and laws

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or relevant HR certifications (such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR) are highly desirable.

• Proven experience in progressively senior HR leadership roles, within complex organizations with a focus on business process management or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading HR functions across multiple locations or globally.
