Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Human Resources!
In this role, as the HR of sub-portfolio at Genpact, you will partner with business leadership to attract, engage, and retain global talent to support business priorities and growth. HR function plays a critical role in Genpact given the people centric business and organizational culture.
We are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people and can work closely with leadership and help us to make better decisions about all aspects of people management to enable a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
    • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute the people strategy aligned with business goals
    Serve as a trusted advisor on organization design, leadership effectiveness, change management, and talent development
    Drive key talent interventions including performance management, succession planning, and capability building
    Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes
    Provide data-driven insights and workforce analytics to guide decision-making
    Lead strategic hiring, workforce planning, and internal mobility discussions with Talent Acquisition
    Navigate complex employee relations issues, with support from legal and ER teams
    Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned with Genpact’s values and purpose
    Manage HR-related risks and ensure compliance with applicable policies and laws

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or relevant HR certifications (such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR) are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in progressively senior HR leadership roles, within complex organizations with a focus on business process management or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading HR functions across multiple locations or globally.
