Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Lead Architect, SFDC + AP Domain Expert!
In this role you will be responsible for developing the Digital Applications for Global Clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design across Salesforce platforms
Translate business requirements into scalable and future-proof Salesforce solutions.
Own and manage the Salesforce architecture roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.
Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and integration teams to ensure seamless cross-system data flow.
Evaluate and select third-party tools, AppExchange products, and system integrations.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide governance for all Salesforce-related projects.
Mentor junior architects and developers within the Salesforce practice.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Aware of latest AI and LLM trends
Develop and implement automation strategies to improve business processes and reduce manual work.
Customize dashboards, reports, and workflows to provide actionable insights and enhance user experience.
Composing RFI/RFP responses, preparing proposals, and creating statements of work (SOW)

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

Experience in industries such as Accounts payable or other Financial Services domains.
Exposure to Salesforce AI/LLM/Einstein and industry-specific accelerators.
Prior experience managing or mentoring cross-functional teams.
IT Graduate

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Relevant years of IT experience with relevant years in Salesforce architecture and development.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce multi-cloud architecture and implementation.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing models in Salesforce.
Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce deployments and integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect (CTA), or equivalent preferred.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines is plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
