Senior Chief Architect - Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Chief Architect to lead and oversee large-scale real estate projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in architectural planning, project execution, and design leadership, ensuring innovative, sustainable, and high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of real estate projects from concept to execution.
• Prepare, review, and finalize architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors for project success.
• Drive innovation in design, ensuring functionality, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with approved designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of building regulations, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Proven ability to deliver complex real estate projects successfully.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in handling real estate projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Senior Architect: 10 years (Preferred)
• Real estate : 10 years (Preferred)
