Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the CEO to conceptualize, build, and execute the company’s
demand-supply and growth strategy

Develop
financial models and business forecasts
to evaluate new initiatives, expansion opportunities, pricing models, and investment decisions.

Perform deep-dive analyses on market trends, profitability, and center-level performance to guide strategic choices.

Drive the CEO’s
business review rhythm
– monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and provide insights with a strong financial lens.

Prepare executive dashboards, board decks, and review materials with clear data-backed narratives.

Support the CEO in evaluating ROI, cost efficiencies, and revenue optimization opportunities.

Collaborate with
Sales, Operations, and Real Estate teams
to forecast demand, plan capacity, and align supply pipelines.

Use
financial modeling and scenario analysis
to ensure optimal resource allocation across locations and formats.

Identify white spaces and support the CEO in planning new center rollouts or product mix adjustments.

Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with clear milestones and ownership.

Partner with function heads to drive execution discipline and ensure alignment with CEO priorities.

Act as a trusted advisor and communication bridge between the CEO and business teams.

Lead high-impact projects initiated by the CEO, including new business pilots, partnerships, and process improvement initiatives.

Build business cases and financial frameworks for decision-making and investor presentations.
What We’re Looking For:
Education:

MBA or equivalent degree (Tier 1 institute preferred).
Experience:

3–5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business finance, or high-growth startups.

Hands-on experience in financial modeling, business analytics, and P&L understanding.

Exposure to demand-supply planning or strategic planning preferred.
