Job Purpose:

This person will be responsible for managing warehouse contracts across various warehouse operations. The role requires strategic thinking to negotiate competitive warehousing rates and manage financial and operational integrity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supervising all warehouse contracts and the overall daily contract management.
  • Manage all primary warehouse, store facilities and secondary off-site facilities.
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget.
  • Negotiate competitive warehousing rates while keeping the company's best interest in mind.
  • Ensure a solid understanding of inventory integrity is maintained.
  • Must be able to administer company policies and procedures.
  • Work with necessary parties to manage contracts and facilities.


Job Requirements:

Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.

Education: MBA in logistics or supply chain preferred.

Skills: Solid understanding of budgeting, negotiation techniques, and inventory integrity is essential.
