- Assist the Warehouse Manager in managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, storage and distribution.
- Supervise and lead a team of 20–25 warehouse staff during assigned shifts, ensuring operational targets are met.
- Manage and oversee Second shift warehouse operations, ensuring continuity of workflows and smooth handover to the next day/shift.
- Monitor order fulfillment for retail stores, eCommerce, power retailers and export shipments, ensuring timely processing and dispatch.
- Allocate tasks, track progress and provide on the floor guidance to ensure accuracy and efficiency in picking, packing and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of shift operations, issues and completed tasks. Also escalate major concerns to the Warehouse Manager.
- Enforce warehouse safety, security and housekeeping standards across the shift, as per company and government regulations.
- Act as the in-charge of warehouse operations during the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
- Support in planning and mapping routes for local distribution and ensuring timely deliveries.
