Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within defined time, budget, and quality parameters.
• Supervise, train, and lead warehouse staff, fostering a productive and compliant work environment.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the warehouse facility.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in collaboration with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inventory movement and warehouse activities.
• Manage warehouse budget, equipment, and resources for maximum efficiency.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising safety or quality standards.
• Monitor and improve warehouse systems and processes in support of organizational objectives.
• Liaise with supply chain, procurement, and sales teams to ensure end-to-end workflow optimization.
• Lead and develop production staff, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed operational reports and performance analyses to support strategic planning.
• Oversee procurement and inventory management of raw materials and production equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in factory/warehouse management in constructions preferably in the glass partition industry
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and process optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HSE regulations is a plus.
