Operations Manager (Factory – Electrical/Mechanical/Other Related)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Operations Manager with expertise in electrical, mechanical, or related fields to manage day-to-day factory operations. This role is responsible for productivity, safety, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production, maintenance, and operations activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Manage resources, budgets, and workflow efficiency.
• Lead and mentor operations teams.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–7 years of operations or factory management experience.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations and maintenance.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
