Role Summary

Qureshi Group is looking for a dynamic Franchise Manager to lead business development, franchise operations, and sales performance across South Pakistan. This role demands strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and operational excellence with a deep understanding of retail, customer experience, and brand consistency—especially in the beauty and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Expansion, Sales & Business Development

  • Conduct market assessments to identify growth corridors (urban hubs and secondary cities).
  • Drive franchise sales pipeline by engaging prospective partners, evaluating feasibility, and negotiating agreements.
  • Lead onboarding and set-up operations: store design, fit-out, and readiness checks.
  • Develop franchise sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market penetration targets.

2. Franchise Operations Management & Mystery Visits

  • Ensure consistent franchise operations covering service quality, staff performance, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct mystery visits and operational audits to evaluate customer experience and SOP adherence.
  • Standardize processes across all franchisees—inventory, staffing, POS usage, and CRM tool implementation.
  • Provide continuous operational support to franchisees to improve efficiency and customer loyalty.

3. Training & Franchisee Development

  • Develop onboarding and refresher training for franchise owners and staff: product knowledge, cosmetology services, customer handling, and operational systems.
  • Track training outcomes, bridge gaps, and implement performance improvement programs.

4. Marketing, Sales Activation & Events

  • Partner with Marketing to adapt national campaigns for local franchise execution.
  • Organize sales-driven events, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
  • Monitor ROI and sales uplift from marketing and promotional initiatives.

5. Performance Management & Reporting

  • Define and monitor KPIs: sales revenue, service ratings, customer loyalty programs, and mystery visit scores.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Implement incentive schemes for high-performing franchisees (awards, bonus trips, financial incentives).

6. Stakeholder Relationship & Support

  • Act as the main liaison between franchisees and internal teams: Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, Training.
  • Resolve operational challenges including product shortages, customer escalations, and compliance gaps.

7. Compliance, Risk & Regulatory Adherence

  • Ensure legal, financial, and safety compliance at all franchised locations.
  • Conduct periodic compliance and risk audits to protect brand integrity.

8. Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence

  • Analyze sales data, industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to guide expansion and product strategies.
  • Recommend localized initiatives (new service offerings, seasonal packages, regional pricing models).

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or similar. MBA preferred.

Experience

5–8 years of franchise management, retail operations, and sales/business development—preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care.

Domain Knowledge

Salon operations, beauty industry trends, customer buying behavior, franchise growth models.

Technical Skills

POS, CRM/ERP tools, MS Excel dashboards, performance analytics.

Certifications

PMP, Retail Operations, or Franchise Leadership certifications (preferred).
