AAAA World, Inc. is a well-established consumer electronics distribution company. We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and reliable Warehouse Assistant Manager to support the Warehouse Manager and help keep our high-volume operation running smoothly.
About the Role:
As Warehouse Assistant Manager, you will work side-by-side with the Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our electronics warehouse. You’ll help lead the team on the floor, ensure accurate and maintain high standards of organization, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in the daily management of warehouse operations.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff on the floor: task assignment, guidance, and basic training.
- Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure all customer and eCommerce orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy:
- Support regular cycle counts and periodic full inventory counts
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and missing items
- Work with the company’s inventory / warehouse management system to:
- Update stock movements
- Check available quantities
- Print labels, pick lists, and packing lists
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse areas, especially for large/fragile items like TVs and audio systems.
- Help implement and improve warehouse processes and SOPs (receiving flow, pick paths, staging areas, etc.).
- Coordinate daily with:
- Sales – about urgent orders, special handling, and delivery timelines
- Logistics / Shipping – for truck scheduling, carrier pickups, and documentation
- Customer Service – regarding order issues, returns, and replacements
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Assistant Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or Team Leader – required.
- Experience in a distribution or logistics environment, ideally with:
- Consumer electronics
- Proven experience leading or supervising a team on the warehouse floor.
- Comfortable with hands-on warehouse work (picking, packing, organizing pallets, moving larger boxes like TVs).
- Good computer skills, including:
- Basic Excel (filters, sorting, simple formulas)
- Working with inventory / WMS systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – especially important with high-value, fragile products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Reliable, responsible, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to lift and move boxes as required (within reasonable warehouse standards).

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
