Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts & Warehouse Coordinator to be based at our Sharjah warehouse. The role supports our off-site accountants by maintaining accurate financial records, managing petty cash, controlling inventory, and assisting with basic AutoCAD drawing interpretation related to flooring projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Administration

  • Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and organize expense files for off-site accountants
  • Collect, verify, and submit paper and PDF invoices and expense documents in a timely manner
  • Assist with payroll preparation and payslip documentation
  • Track and verify incoming customer payments
  • Maintain customer and supplier Statements of Account (SOAs)
  • Track and reconcile credit notes for both purchases and sales

Inventory & Warehouse Control

  • Raise purchase orders as required
  • Receive and record incoming stock at the warehouse
  • Monitor and document outgoing stock
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock audits

AutoCAD & Project Support

  • Read and understand AutoCAD drawings and floor plans
  • Extract measurements and quantities from drawings
  • Assist in implementing and documenting floor installation patterns
  • Support coordination between warehouse, site teams, and management using drawing-based information

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in a similar accounts, warehouse, or admin role (construction industry preferred)
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD (reading plans and extracting measurements; advanced drafting not required)
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and the Zoho Ecosystem / similar is a must
  • Ability to work independently in a warehouse environment

Why AutoCAD is Required

AutoCAD knowledge is essential to support flooring project documentation, verify quantities, and assist with installation planning — particularly where financial records and inventory are linked to project drawings.

Compensation & Benefits Package

  • AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month (all-inclusive)

Final offer based on experience in accounting support, inventory control, and AutoCAD plan reading.
