Assistant -Warehouse Operation

• To support the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling, verification, and dispatch of goods, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in verifying physical goods against relevant documents to ensure zero noncompliance. 2. Destuff and repalletize loose cargos upon receipt, ensuring pallets are arranged or reworked as per client requirements before loading. 3. Handle items carefully to prevent damage and report any non conformance found during activities to the relevant team. 4. Ensure pallets are ready for put away or picking as per provided documents. 5. Maintain cleanliness in operational areas through regular housekeeping. 6. Use and update RF scanners in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) while handling physical items. 7. Assist in picking, quality checks, pallet building, packing, and loading during the dispatch of goods.Accurately perform inventory processes and report any variances in batch, expiry, location, or quantity to the relevant team. 9. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies and procedures, respecting industrial and personal safety and environmental precautions.
