Keep daily office operations smooth across HR support, basic IT troubleshooting, small-item procurement, and facilities coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- HR/Admin: Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance/leave tracking, letters, employee records, payroll support, and confidentiality.
- IT Support (Basic): Troubleshoot laptops (OS/driver install, Wi-Fi/printing, malware cleanup), create/close support tickets, prep new user machines, asset-tagging & handovers, warranty/RMA follow-ups.
- Procurement & Inventory: Source quotes (3-quote method), raise PR/PO, maintain stock of headphones, mice, USB drives, docking stations, printers; keep issuance logs and reorder levels.
- Facilities & Maintenance: Log issues; schedule and supervise woodwork/carpentry, wall paint/patching, plumbing, and electrical jobs; verify quality and close work orders; enforce basic HSE.
- Documentation & Vendor Mgmt: Maintain checklists, asset registers, GRNs, service reports; evaluate vendors on price, quality, and delivery.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in Admin/HR or Office Ops; diploma/degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, HRMS basics, email/Teams/Slack.
- Hands-on with Windows setup (drivers, imaging/cloning basics) and printers.
- Clear communication, vendor negotiation, and task prioritization.
