Job Title: Associate BASE24 Technical Consultant

Job Location: Customer location (MUMBAI)

Job Summary:

Ensures new and existing ACI customers receive a first-class delivery service in accordance with customer expectations and contractual agreements. Primarily responsible for the identification/development of solutions for customers using company products, outsourced solutions and/or proprietary tools/techniques implemented by others. Defines customer needs and develops a plan and proposal for delivery of the project. Viewed by customers as a consultant. Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization, (i.e., billable hours).

Job Responsibilities:

• Fully understands the customer’s functional and technical requirements and provide analysis on all technical aspects.
• Ability to convert the specification to quality deliverable.
• Ability to highlight impact and risk.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide immediate solution.
• Applying ACI fixes and Mandates following ACI process.
• Code version management
• Ensure quality deliverables by ensuring complete QA.
• Implementing the changes.
• Providing support for the product.
• Follow prescribed process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or any equivalent degree.
• 2+ years relevant experience.
• BASE24 domain knowledge
  • ATM
  • POS
  • Card Schemes
  • ISO8583
• Excellent knowledge on BASE24 configuration and development skills.
• Working knowledge on TSS
• Knowledge on Data replication tools (preferable)
• HP Non-stop Skills.
  • TACL
  • TAL
  • Enscribe/DDL
  • Tools like FUP, SCUP, INSPECT, Pathway.
• Hand on experience on Simulators like VTS, MC, ATM emulators, RUPAY Simulators etc.
• Deployment of code into SIT and UAT environments.

Added Advantage:

• Experience with Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication and integration across heterogeneous systems.
• Knowledge of configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting GoldenGate processes (Extract, Pump, Replicat).
• Familiarity with bi-directional replication , conflict detection/resolution, and high-availability architectures using GoldenGate.
• Understanding of data synchronization strategies and performance tuning in GoldenGate environments.
