Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions.
- Conduct initial client interactions, calls, and product/service presentations.
- Assist the sales team in qualifying leads and building client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and relevant sales documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide customized solutions to clients.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information and client interactions.
- Support in preparing sales pitches and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
- Build rapport with clients and ensure smooth handover to the sales/implementation team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 6+ months of experience in pre-sales/sales support/tele-calling/customer engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and documentation skills (MS Office proficiency).
- Ability to understand customer requirements and map them with company offerings.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
