Role Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, solution proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to understand customer requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals.
  • Build strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Represent the Carrier at exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
  • Submit weekly/monthly sales activity and pipeline reports.
Role Purpose
  • Drive sales of Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Serve as the technical and commercial link between customers and internal engineering teams.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable BMS solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers, and end users.
  • Promote the Carrier's BMS products, solutions, and value added services in the market.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC controls, or low current systems sales.
  • Hands on knowledge of major BMS brands (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, Tridium).
  • Strong understanding of BMS architecture, HVAC equipment, control logic, and DDC controllers.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer focused with excellent relationship building abilities.
  • Good time management and ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
