Responsibilities

  • Communicate internally to resolve issues presented by processes or clients
  • Address client questions and problem solve issues
  • Assemble and distribute marketing material to be sent to new and existing clients
  • Help account managers onboard and organize new clients / update existing clients
  • Conduct research on prospective and existing clients
  • Update internal databases with account information
  • Conduct reporting for existing clients
  • Set issue resolution meetings with clients for AM
Requirements:

Skills

  • Attention to detail to ensure clients receive the correct advice and support
  • Problem-solving skills to help clients who may experience issues
  • Ability to think creatively when producing marketing material and helping prepare for meetings
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills to provide effective support internally and externally
  • Computer skills including Microsoft suite, CRMs, Google Suite.
  • Ability to explain products and concepts clearly and concisely to clients

  • Answer requests in a timely manner.
  • Understand Gifthealth’s service offerings at a high level.
  • Properly handle onboarding backend work for a diverse range of accounts.
  • Be able to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Be able to effectively answer process questions by internal teams.
  • Be able to make process enhancement suggestions.
  • Support offices from a reporting standpoint.
