Key Responsibilities

Handle day to day issues & provide solution.
Regularly Monitor the Service Now application & close the tickets within SLA
Lead and support pursuits and practice development initiatives.
Drive continuous improvements on solution scalability and reliability.

Must Have

Solid Knowledge of SAP especially in PP module areas like Production order, BOMs, Routing.
Functional proficiency with at least 1 full lifecycle SAP implementations and 2+ years of industry and/or consulting experience
Minimum 2-4 years SAP experience with PP modules.
Experience with SAP Production Planning processes in the semiconductor industry will be an added advantage
Possess expertise in developing Test Scenarios/Scripts for Unit, Integration & User Acceptance Testing.
Good knowledge on Integration with other modules, for ex: FI, QM, LE Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management
Good Knowledge on Interfaces & Batch jobs.
Write Functional Specifications for enhancement, work with Technical Team for enhancement, independently perform testing and document test results
Self-motivated and work independently
