Key Responsibilities
  • Handle day to day issues & provide solution.
  • Regularly Monitor the Service Now application & close the tickets within SLA
  • Lead and support pursuits and practice development initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvements on solution scalability and reliability.
Must Have
  • Solid Knowledge of SAP especially in PP module areas like Production order, BOMs, Routing.
  • Functional proficiency with at least 1 full lifecycle SAP implementations and 2+ years of industry and/or consulting experience
  • Minimum 2-4 years SAP experience with PP modules.
  • Experience with SAP Production Planning processes in the semiconductor industry will be an added advantage
  • Possess expertise in developing Test Scenarios/Scripts for Unit, Integration & User Acceptance Testing.
  • Good knowledge on Integration with other modules, for ex: FI, QM, LE Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management
  • Good Knowledge on Interfaces & Batch jobs.
  • Write Functional Specifications for enhancement, work with Technical Team for enhancement, independently perform testing and document test results
  • Self-motivated and work independently
