Associate Animator - Architectural Visualization

We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer to join our team and create large-scale architectural visuals and animations to support the marketing efforts of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D visualization, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality renderings and animations that effectively showcase the design and features of our projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Create photorealistic 3D renderings and animations of architectural projects, including both exterior and interior spaces, at a large scale.

2. Model buildings, landscapes, and other elements using 3D software such as Autodesk 3ds Max.

3. Set up cameras and compose scenes to highlight key features and perspectives that will resonate with the target audience.

4. Produce high-resolution still images, animations and panoramas for use in print collateral, websites, social media, and presentations.

5. Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to integrate 3D visuals into marketing materials and campaigns.

6. Continuously refine and iterate on visualizations based on feedback from clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and realism of our visualizations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or related field or Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, preferably in the architectural visualization or marketing industry.

2. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Corona, Photoshop. Highest proficiency is expected in 3Ds Max & Corona

3. Strong understanding of, scale, proportion, and composition.

4. Excellent skills in texturing, lighting, and shading to achieve realistic and aesthetically pleasing results.

5. Experience with animation techniques and storytelling principles to create compelling visual narratives.

6. Knowledge of post-production techniques and software such as Adobe Photoshop or After Effects etc.

7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Portfolio showcasing a range of architectural visualizations and animations, demonstrating technical proficiency and creative excellence.
