Associate Attorney

We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join our high-impact trial practice. The ideal candidate is someone who has great analytical skills, thrives in a fast, team-based environment, and is eager to contribute to all aspects of case development and trial practice. The role will involve leading the team's work on individual case work-up and management, as well as opportunities to work on offensive and defensive discovery, expert development, and trial strategy. Excellent communication skills, incisive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping people who have been harmed are all a must.

Location: Washington D.C./ Hybrid

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required
• Washington D.C. law license is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation (mass tort experience preferred)
• A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, products liability law
• Superb research and writing skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
