Associate Attorney

A well-established, AV-rated personal injury law firm with a presence in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 5 years of experience.

The successful candidate must possess strong writing and organizational skills and will be responsible for managing their own litigation caseload, while also assisting partners with ongoing litigation matters. Responsibilities include client interviews, case screening, and drafting of pleadings and discovery.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with extensive client interaction. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in Washington, DC and either Maryland or Virginia

• Licensure in all three jurisdictions is a plus

• 2 5 years of legal experience, preferably in personal injury litigation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
