Associate Attorney

Deutsch Atkins & Kleinfeldt, PC seeks skilled associate attorney with at least 3 years of experience. Experience with employment law is preferred but not required if the candidate has litigation experience. Responsibilities include client interaction, research, discovery responsibilities, drafting pleadings and briefs, and participation in all aspects of litigation. The candidate must be well organized, have excellent research and writing skills, and be familiar with relevant technology. We offer generous benefits including health, dental, and 401k match. Referral fees provided for client origination. Admission to the NJ Bar is required.

Hybrid remote working arrangements are acceptable.

The salary range is negotiable depending upon the level of experience and qualifications of the candidate.
