Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Roberts & Willie, PLLC located in the Dallas, Texas office. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling contract drafting and negotiation for private equity and lender clients.

Pay depends on experience level.

Qualifications

• Negotiation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas

Projected Total Compensation: $90,000.00 per year
