Associate Attorney

You don’t need a background in employment law or experience managing a firm. We’re open to attorneys from various practice areas who bring significant litigation skills, courtroom experience, and have the drive to build and grow a pipeline of quality referral sources. Minimum Qualifications

• Litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Licensed to practice in Michigan
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to hustle

Bonus Points If You:

• Have trial experience or second-chair exposure
• Have a network you’re ready to activate—or the fire in your belly to build one
• Have up-to-date computer-related skills and are using AI in your daily work
