As an Associate Attorney, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional legal services to our diverse clientele. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in a variety of practice areas, including estate planning, environmental law, and family law, while honing your skills in negotiation and litigation. What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation in areas such as estate planning, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, and personal injury law.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions with precision and clarity.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases involving securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, and patent law.
• Prepare for and participate in litigation proceedings, including court appearances and mediations.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.

Basic qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience or coursework in estate planning, environmental law, family law, or other relevant practice areas.
• Strong legal writing skills with a focus on clarity and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to conduct effective legal research and analysis.
• Prior experience in a law office setting is highly desirable.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
